Special Cases Review Commission

The University's Special Cases Review Commission is the highest decision-making authority in educational matters and is responsible for addressing the special educational problems of students and applicants in all educational levels who have special conditions, reviewing student requests and their educational files, preparing specialized reports, and implementing issued rulings.

 Types of requests from the Special Cases Review Commission:

 1- Requests for reinstatement of students who have been conditionally expelled from the university. Requests for reinstatement of students who have stagnated due to failure to select a unit or failure to attend.

 2- Requests for leave not counted in years for students who have special conditions.

 3- Requests for leave counted in years more than the limit allowed by the regulations.

 4- Requests for extension of years for students whose permitted years of education have expired.

5- Educational requests from martyred and self-sacrificing students. Requests for change of major for master's degree students.

 6- Other requests that a student has from the university due to problems and special cases.
